Refund policy

RETURNS:

We want you to love your ALE'B products, however we understand that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any problems, please return it to us by mail within 5 days from your purchase date  for a refund in your original form of payment. (NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.) Return label will be at the cost of the customer.

We are sorry, however items that are in the "FEAR COLLECTION" or Pre-Ordered Items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your bank account.
