• Expedited shipping typically arrives within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

• Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Delayed Orders:

• We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
• Shipping carrier delays do not fall under the seller's liability.
• Reach out to seller to make aware of shipping delay. Customer makes reference to tracking number and contact carrier.

 

ALE'B is not responsible for any shipments that are sent to the customer that's lost or stolen in transit. We are not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number for your records to deal with the carrier.
